Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are shown before the customer pays.
Refund eligibility depends on the service type, supplier terms, confirmation status, work already performed and the time the cancellation request is received. More specific terms shown on an approved invoice take priority for that booking.
Before supplier confirmation
If PRATHNA KASEKOR KHMER IMPORT EXPORT CO., LTD. cannot confirm a requested service after payment, the refundable amount will be reviewed and returned to the original payment method, subject to any clearly disclosed work already completed and payment-provider rules.
After supplier confirmation
- Hotels follow the cancellation and no-show terms of the confirmed property or supplier.
- Tours, tickets, vehicles and guides may become partly or fully non-refundable after reservation.
- Completed coordination work and non-refundable supplier costs may be deducted where disclosed.
How to request a cancellation
Contact PRATHNA KASEKOR KHMER IMPORT EXPORT CO., LTD. promptly with the customer name, invoice or booking reference and reason for the request. Do not send full card details, CVV, PIN or OTP information.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card issuer and payment-provider processing times are outside PRATHNA KASEKOR KHMER IMPORT EXPORT CO., LTD.'s direct control.
